Default Brake clearance: Corvettes vs F-body?

I am getting ready to put CTS-V brakes and Z06 rotors on my 2002 Camaro. When it comes to wheel fitment, it looks like something 18x9.5 +40mm is the right spec to clear the brembos, but I see less aggressive wheels clearing c6z wheels like the Ace Slick. These are 18x9.5 +53mm offset and they clear c6z brakes fine. If these clear c6z brakes on a Corvette, will they clear CTSV brakes on a fbody? I'm trying to think of any differences between the two but I dont believe the mounting should be any different.

spoke angle is different on +53 vs +40. they probly wont clear without a spacer.
im running +40 spypers on my CTSVs

also the lateral placement of the caliper bracket on a f-body is probly slightly different than corvette. hence why they clear on one and not the other

also use 5th gen rotors, not c6Z rotors. your pads will over hang the rotor surface on c6Z. and you lose 25-35% of your braking friction surface. not to mention the odd wear, which can cause squeeling on the inner edge
