Default Viking coilover adjustments

Guys just wanting some feedback.

I recently installed coilovers in my car but the rear is way to jumpy(bouncy/stiff) i went from C16-R18 to C12-r14 and now c10-R12

I wanted to see what you guys are running for C and R. Question is what are you guys running for Daily drivers?

What spring rate do you have in the rear? Are they the Warrior or Crusader series shocks?I normally suggest people to start around 4c/7r for street driving with a 150 spring and Warrior shocks

With 150LB springs I wouldn't be afraid to try 1-2 compression and 3-4 rebound for the best daily driver type ride.
