Default Pan Hard bar relocation bracket? do I need them?

Hey guys, I recently bought a 2001 camaro SS. The owner before lowered the car. Told me it had bad wheel hop. So I purchased adjustable pan hard bar , adjustable LCAs, and relocation brackets for LCA. Now my question is (I tried to research this but came up empty) do I need a relocation bracket for the adjustable Pan hard bar? Thanks!

I think you only use the relocation bracket if you are needing clearance for bigger exhaust.

I am running a 4" over the axle and did a minor mod to my upper Pan hard bar and was able to clear it by about 1/4". just squeaked by, or over as you will.
