adding spacers on front wheels require new alignment?

Default adding spacers on front wheels require new alignment?

Ive added 3/4 spacers on the fronts and wondering if that would change the front alignment? and should i have it checked or re-aligned?

You shouldn't need one, all you did was effectively move the plane of the wheel out 3/4"
