Get some AWFUL wheel hop sometimes when Im getting on it from a dig. Also when I get a little squirely there is some bad wheel hop. And now the rear end has a subtle whine.

Ive read lower control arms help quite a bit with wheel hop. The car is all stock pretty much with just a catback exhaust and lowering springs.

Control arms should help but more importantly LCA Relocation brace are your best bet for fixing it. Being lowered your LCA's are likely angled upwards toward the rear of your car. This will cause you to wheelhop. Get some relocation brackets and get your control arm more parallel with your chassis. You can help reduce the wheelhop even more if you get them angled downward towards the rear of the car but that will start to compromise your handling.

I use Founders LCA's and relocation brackets and they cured my wheelhop totally. Several sponsors make excellent LCA's and relocation brackets though. Also make sure your shocks are good. If you're lowered with stock or budget shocks they might be bad.

You may need both rear LCAs and relocation brackets as im betting your LCAs are still on the 17 year old bushing and they may be to the point they are falling out. If they seem to be in good shape you might be able to get away with just relocation brackets.
If you do get LCAs get roto joint or rod end on at least one side if not both ideally. poly/poly can cause bind.
Also do yourself a big favor and put some decent shocks on the car if you are on lowering springs, you will hate yourself for not doing it sooner, it will ride, handle, and feel a billion times better than before. Atleast a set of bilstiens or Koni STR.Ts if you are on budget.

BTW nothing will kill a 10 bolt rearend faster than wheelhop. Fix it.
