Default BrokenTorque arm mount

Today I was out in my car and I got on it in first and barely in second. Get to the next light and as I am putting it into first I hear this CLUNK . I thought for sure my driveshaft was now laying under the car but to my surprise it moved under it's own power so I pulled into a parking lot. Everything appeared to be intact so I drove home a few miles listening to this clunking trying to figure out what it was. Well got it up on the ramps and this is what I found.

It appears that the top bolt snapped off. Now to get the rest of the bolt out will be the fun part. I guess now would be a good time to buy the BMR torque arm because I have exceeded the limits of the stock torque arm but I am confused as to is this normal for the bolt to snap? Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks,
Tom

Does anyone know what the torque spec of the top bolt on the mount is?
