Default Squeaking Brake while stopped

My rear brakes are about a year old...never had a problem with them. Hawk HPS pads with autozone rotors. Recently i've been getting a squeak from the rears. I also get a squeak when pumping the brakes while stopped. Is this the guide pin in the caliper? If I have to grease the guide pin do I have to take off the brake line? Does anyone have a how-to link to do something like this. I've done brakes before but never took apart a caliper.
