Default Brake squeal help!!

About two months ago, I got my rotors resurfaced and new brake pads installed. I'm not sure what brand they are though. The metal backing of the pad is blue and it has a thin black shim on the back as well. They would squeal under light to moderate braking which I attributed to them needing to be broken in or something. Well, two months later they STILL squeal.

I've done everything I can short of buying new pads.

Applied the anti-squeal stuff to the back of the pads....nothing.

Applied brake lubricant to the little metal clips between the brackets and pads...nothing.

Thoroughly cleaned every part of the brake assembly...nothing.

What is there left to do? It sounds like the clips are making the noise so I was also wondering how eactly they make that squealing sound when the pad material gets too low. Maybe I can just bend a piece of the clip so that it doesn't contact whatever it scrapes against? Someone help me out please!

What rotors and pads?
Carbon-Metallic pads will squeek some.
Race pads will also squeek.

Autozone rotors.

Like I said in the first post, I'm not sure what brand pads they are.
