question for KYB AGX users

Question question for KYB AGX users

I am trying to install a set of KYB AGX shocks on my formula. The instructions say that the adjuster **** on the side of the shock body should be "pointed outward for easy accessibility" which I would interperet to mean away from the engine, pointed at the inside of the wheel. However if it is installed this way, the angle of the lower mount is opposite of the angle of the lower control arm making it impossible to install the two bolts... were my shocks built backwards or does KYB mean inward instead of outward? If installed inward, will the adjuster **** clear the k-member? will I be able to reach in to adjust it? What the...

Did you try each shock on each side?

Yes, If I install them so the lower shock mount maches the angle of the control arm, the **** points in toward the engine.
