are Irotors derectional?
i am changing my rotors to crossdrilled and slotted Irotors
do the top of the slots have to face the front or the back?

The directional webbing inside the rotor and the holes are not drilled in the same direction on the Eradispeeds. However, they are on most other brands of drilled and slotted rotors. If the webbing on the inside of the rotor is non-directional, then it is up to personal preferance which way they should be installed.

I have my rotors on in the direction that it'd look like they flow with the car: as in the highest hole faces back. Say a saw blade was spinning; you'd have it where the "tip" of the blade was towards the back because that way it can spin and cut. I have my rotors on that way because it looks like it flows more on the car. My rotors were from the GP from Wholesale Direct. IMO it's just about preference.
