I think by what you described, the slots should point back. Looking at the pattern of holes and slots, the rotor should look like its spinning.

Here is a pic of how they should go. I think it also says on the rotor which side they go on.

Yes, Eradispeeds are opposite. The correct rotation is based on the "webbing" inside the rotor. Baer does not drill and slot their rotors in the same direction as the webbing, so they go on differently.

why would they be opposite? they have the same design as any other crossdrilled and slotted rotor.

The directional webbing inside the rotor and the holes are not drilled in the same direction on the Eradispeeds. However, they are on most other brands of drilled and slotted rotors. If the webbing on the inside of the rotor is non-directional, then it is up to personal preferance which way they should be installed.

I have my rotors on in the direction that it'd look like they flow with the car: as in the highest hole faces back. Say a saw blade was spinning; you'd have it where the "tip" of the blade was towards the back because that way it can spin and cut. I have my rotors on that way because it looks like it flows more on the car. My rotors were from the GP from Wholesale Direct. IMO it's just about preference.

NOT ALL ROTORS GO THE SAME WAY!!!! Look at the webbing inside the rotor, that will decide which way it goes.
