Confirm this, does WS6 rear brake pads have larger surface area then C5 rear pads?

Confirm this, does WS6 rear brake pads have larger surface area then C5 rear pads? I believe reading on this board that the WS6 rear calipers hold larger brake pads than the C5's do??? So if this is true, then theoretically the WS6 rear caliper/pad combo would have more stopping power given the same rotor as the C5 caliper/pad combo?

Well. Let me check a friend of mine woh got a movit conversion on his Z06. He might have the the old rear calipers in his basement . If so I will measure them for you.

Okay, great! I definately appreciate it. Should help a lot of other members make a better informed purchase and swap.
