I went with the revalved ones from SLP. I hear they give a more comfortable ride without hurting cornering performace. Although they are stiff as heck with my Hotchkis springs.

Right on! I think Sam recomends Bilstien HD's, but I don't think they need to be revalved unless you're going to have very stiff springs. Even better is Koni SA's up front and Bilstein 3rd gens on the back.

I think he recommends a revalve even if you have stock springs - the revalve is to get them to act like the Koni SAs, and match them to the bilstiens he specs for the rear.

In any event, just get ahold of Sam at Stranoparts.com

Nope. There are 3 different kinds that people on the boards frequently use:

Bilstien HDs

Bilstien SLPs

Bilstien Strano Revalves

HD's are regular Bilsteins, right from the factory. SLP and Strano revalve them for better performance and comfort I believe. I am not sure of the difference between the SLP and Strano, I went with SLP out of convinience.

Did anyone ever figure out which shocks would work best with the Hotchkis springs. I'm looking to get these springs and would be interested.
