Default Okay to go for a short drive w/ no torque arm?

The bolt for the clamshell mount is gone (another thread, please help), and now I see that the poly bushing split in two. So it will be a few days until I can get it fixed. I haven't driven the car in awhile and wanted to go for a short cruise in town. If I completely remove the TA would it be okay to drive without nailing it?

Hmmmmmmm...............I'd say.....................................NO!!!

The driveshaft and PHR will be the only thing keeping your rearend from rotating forward and backward. Your LCA's will hang low in the front as the axle will spin forward. You will most likely stress the joint in the driveshaft and/or tweak your PHR and mounting points and **** up your pinion since your pinion angle will be VERY out of wack. Is it really worth that much to you to drive it? Just let it rest.....she'll still be there in a few days.

Yeah, I wasn't sure. I thought it may be okay, because the lca's are bolted to it also. I haven't driven it in 3 weeks and it is a nice night outside. Oh well, she rests some more!
