Default BMR tubular SFC question

Are these things hollow

I ordered a pair of these off eBay, the description and everything says that they are BMR, and I don't see why the seller would lie, but these are hollow on the inside. Were they supposed to be that way, or did I buy SFCs that aren't really what they say they are

They are made from a piece of tubing, so it will be hollow. If not, they would weight a ton!

They are hollow. If they were solid they would weigh too much. Hollow is plenty strong.
