Default Drag Spring for f-body question

Are there any drag springs for the f-body. Who has them and what can you tell me about them. Do you drive the car on the street, if so any problems or things to watch out for. Im looking to get the best weight transfer to the rear but i also want to be somewhat safe while doing regular driving..
