Default Best compromise pinion angle?

My car is lowered 1" with LCA relocation brackets
already on. It hooks relatively well with the new
GS-D3s and the stock TA geometry. However I am
going to have the T-2R chunk installed next week
and put on a Random Tech adjustable at the same
time.

I was wondering what people with similar setups
have found as a decent compromise pinion angle, for
drag-like driving (hook) and cruising (driveline vibe).
My buddy with the bracket car says the more negative
the better, but that thing gets trailered; I want to go
to a poly trans mount and that means keeping the
U-joint angles kind of even or a tolerating lot of cruise
vibration.

So, mildly-lowered folks with some tuned-to-track and
driven back pinion angle experience, how about it?

I've ran mine at -1, -2, -3, and -4. No noticeable difference on the street. I have it at -3 now. I don't have a poly trans mount though.
