Default Brake fluid looks like coffee

My ABS light has been on for a while, can't figure it out, until the other day. Checked the brake fluid and it's black as an ace of spades. I also noticed fluid running down the booster from the master cylinder. I was wondering what was the best way to completely flush the brake system. I've done it on other vehicles and it' a pain in the *** trying to get all the air out. Anybody ever done this on an F body brake system ?

Get a turkey baster and a litre or two your favorite fluid.

1. Use the turkey baster to siphon all the old crap out of the MC.

2. Fill with clean fluid and power bleed till system is clean at all 4 corners. No power bleeder , use the manual method.

DOubt if that will fix your ABS light, hopefully you may just have bad sensor.

just a hint , a little preventive maintenance goes a long way

If you dont let the master cylinder go dry during the flush, you shouldn't have a problem with air in the system. Like roy said, remove some fluid from the resivoir, but dont empy it. Then just blead all four corners until new fluid flows out. Its handy to have a friend watch the master cylinder and keep it full while you are bleeding the calipers.
