Default will BMR trak pak increase chance of 10 bolt breaking?

I'm thinking about beefing up my torque arm. I like how the BMR trak pak doesn't put stress on the tailshaft of the transmission. The only thing I'm worried about is my 10 bolt. Will this add stress to my 10 bolt? I would like it to last a little while. I plan to upgrade to a 12 bolt but don't have the cash yet. Should I wait till I have a 12 bolt before I upgrade my torque arm? I know someone I can get it from with a drive shaft loop for $250. Its a good deal so I would like to do it now if it's not going to cause any problems.
Thanks,
Lou

Every mod that you add will put more strain on the rear. Especially suspension mods. If you get it, I'd think you should be okay. Plus $250 is a hell of a deal.

Yeah, I kind of figured more traction = more stress on rear. I guess I should just get it and then try not to launch to hard until I'm prepared to get a 12 bolt when the 10 breaks. Thanks for your help.
Anybody use the trak pak? How do you like it? How bad does it make the ride? I already have a rough ride from the LCAs but not bad enough to bother me. Does the trak pak really make it that much worse?

You're an A4, what are you worried about? I'd say if you were a M6 launching at 4k+ with slicks you would have problems, but with an A4 you'll be fine for a while

It doesnt look like your that heavily modded. For that price I say get it, but work on replacing that 10 bolt cause it will give you problems when you start modding in the future.

Get it, but wait until you get the 12 bolt to put it on!

Has a point. The A4's have a preloaded rear. They can take alot more abuse than an M6 rear can.
