Default revalved bilsteins, and blistein HD's??

are these not the same things? if i buy brand new bilstein HD's and use BMR springs, are they not going to work as well as they should since it would be a lower spring or whatever?
i was just reading through alot of sutff on here and someone kept saying that bilsteins are meant for stock ride height/shocks and that they will prematurely wear out if used with lowering springs.
SO, my question is am i going to be wasting my money in buying 'regular' bilstein shocks...what exactly is a revalved bilstein and which do i need?
TIA

Call Strano and see what they have to say about it. I did, sold my BMR spings and bought a package from them.

Revalved Bilsteins are Bilstein HDs that have been vavled specifically for your application.

Bilstein HDs would be better than stock on lowering springs, but they are not ideal.

Revalves are an intermediate step between HDs and Konis.

Call Strano...he'll setup you up with exactly what you need for your desires, driving style, budget, etc.
