Hurst Line Lock question

When I install my line lock can I get away with just bleeding the brakes at all 4 corners if I don't start the car, or will I still Tech 2 tool. I don't want to pay the dealer or anyone else to bleed my brakes.

should be able to...at worst you may have to bleed the master...just dont touch the pedal during the install
