Default drilled and slotted rotors

Unit import, oc autosports. Anyone ever used these? Are they any good? I found them on ebay and I was wondering if they are worth it. I need new rotors cuz some of mine are kinda torn up from shitty brake pads.

I have never heard of those companies.
...

I have heard of race pads eating rotors but not cheap pads. Unless you mean that the pads have worn away and the backing plate is making contact with the rotor.
...

If you do a search on here, you'll find plenty of info on brakes setups.

Currently I am running:
Hawk HPS Pads
Brembo OEM Blank Rotors
$374 shipped from TireRack
($40 of which is shipping)

If you really have to have slotted/drilled rotors, both iRotors and Wholesale Direct have cheap kits and they are sponsors.

Here is some good reading on brakes:

The best thread of all (lots of actual technical information from real engineers and of course some arguing) was on www.altimas.net, but it appears that they changed their site and the link no longer works.

so they offer no better stopping power over stock rotors? They just look cooler. I am in need of new rotors cuz mine are in pretty bad shape. Anyone else ever heard of those companies that I first listed?

They just look cool and cost you more money. You might even be able to have your's turned (resurfaced) for cheap so you can reuse them.

Correct, Slotted/Drilled rotors offer no improvement in braking performance.
