Are LCA relocation brackets a good idea on a car thats NOT lowered, or never plans to be? how much more will they help against wheelhop, if at all?

It should help with wheelhop...if I had wheelhop, that is the first thing I'd do to try and correct it. Beyond that, I would get new LCAs.

No matter what, they will bias the geometry toward more
bite. Unlowered will bite even better than lowered. Use the
bolt-ins, find a used pair and if you don't like it, sell them for
what you paid. Can't lose.
