Painted calipers, reinstalled them and now they leak

Painted calipers, reinstalled them and now they leak I took my calipers off and painted them. I put them on last night and the rear calipers leak all the fluid out. I have the brak line tightened on them as tight as it can get. What did I mess up to cause this and what can I do to fix it? Thanks
