Default Rubber/Rod LCA's and Rubber TA bushing?

Whats the easiest way to get some LCA's with those nice QA1 rod ends at one end and a solid rubber bushing at the other? While we're at it, how about PHB as well?

Now, I've got a poly torque arm bushing for my aftermarket torque arm, but I want it to be rubber instead. Any Ideas?

to whoever can give me some good info

You could always make your own. I made mine after reading JonA's write up on his homemade LCA's. I chose to use rod ends on both ends, but they make a rubber end that works the same way.
