The LCA relocation brackets will help since you're lowered, and the SFC will help strengthen the chassis. I don't know myself, but I just ordered a set of SFC from UMI, but the brackets I got from BMR because I wanted the bolt-on kind.

Yes you will notice a difference. Definetly worth the money. Like you i had lca and panhard rod, no torque arm though when i installed my subframes and brackets. The subframes will help the car launch, the best way do describe it is like the whole car is working toghter it feels like every thing moves like it should instead of the chassis flexing and causing things to move the wrong way. On launch my car felt like the front end came up really high and the rear was planted. The brackets help with traction defently where i really noticed it was in cornering the rear feels more stable and controlable.
