Default My car squeaks all the time when going over bumps. What the hell????

I think it's coming from the rear end of my 97 WS6 and it squeaks over every little bump. It makes the car sound junky.

I thought I read that this is a common problem for 93-02s. is there a way to fix it?

Two common things that come right to mind:
1. Rear sway bar bushings worn/dry
2. Hatchback needs adjusting (screw/unscrew the stoppers)

There are others but those are very common and very easy to remedy.

I had the same problem and fixed it last week by greasing the swaybar bushings. Easy fix- something you may wanna look at.

Mine did it for awhile and when it became too annoying I ended up replacing the shocks and it stopped. Same with a buddy's Supra.

Ditto. Altho I went ahead and replaced my 80,000 mile factory endlinks with new ones from GM, and greased them up.

VERY easy. Once you get it in the air, 5-15 minutes depending on your tools and pace.
