What is the Weight Difference between a a Chromoly Upper A arm w/rod ends as opposed to a Stock upper A-arm?

the standard BMR upper A-Arms are listed as 3 lbs lighter than stock, so the chrome moly ones are probably in the range of about 1/4 - 1/2 lb lighter than that....but it all depends on the brand....most will probably be somewhere between 3 - 5 lbs lighter than stock for the uppers
