Question Rear brake hose

Can someone verify that the rubber brake hose that goes from the chassis to the differential on a non TCS F-body has the following fittings:

(1) M12 x 1 THD female connector on one end and (2) 3/8" -24 female connectors on the junction block.

Our build catalog for the hoses we produce is showing a M12 x 1 clip mount with a DPS seat. The hex should be 16 MM with oval on two sides, this is on the chassis side and on the axle side it is showing 3/8NF x 2 (bolt mount tee) with an inverted seat and the hole should taper from 10mm to 8mm.

Good info on the connectors. Thanks. Can you build me an 18" hose with the correct fittings? PM me if necessary.
