Im goin on a 1000 mile trip in 2 months and would like to have peace of mind. Thanks for all the help!
What rotors did you use?
Could also be a tie-rod.

Maybe you have a seperated tire or a bent rim.Are the stock rims on there? If not make sure the little star clips on the brake rotors are off. The factory puts these clips on at the factory the keep the rotors from falling off on the assembly line. These clips can cause the wheel not to sit flush and cause vibration.

If you just recently got your tires balanced, you might have them verify the correct balance. I had to take mine back twice before they got the wobble out. There was no wobble at any speed directly before the new tires went on, so the process of elimination was simple...

could be the front wheel bearing, i had that problem on my 02 Z28 with 48000 miles, to check that jack up the front and spin the wheel by hand, if you here a noise that the bearing is bad. hope this helps.

I would have the tire balance re-checked. Preferably, I would go to a shop will a RoadForce balancer. With 20K on the car, the vehicle probly sat for a while and can cause flat spots in tires (even with 40psi). Defenatly check for bent rim as well. Its is also possable to have a bent axle flange for front wheel hub. My money is on tires though since it only happens at 65+MPH. my .02

while that's still a possibility, i wouldn't think the bearing would be bad if it has play when shaking the wheel at the 3 & 9 o'clock positions, but none at 12 & 6

it sounds to me like maybe bad tie rods or loose steering rack
