Default Rollers for ground clearance?

I've seen a product offered for Vettes that allow the car to roll over areas where it would normally bottom out. They're these little wheels that go under the frame somewhere that will help the car just roll over low spots. I need something like this on my car BIG TIME and if it isn't offered on F-Bodies I'd love to just make my own. Any ideas on where a good spot to mount them would be?

Sounds like a neat idea in concept, as long as you don't add too much weight to your vehicle welding in reinforcements so the wheels don't break off.

One question though - how are you going to handle the rear tires being unloaded? If the weight of the vehicle is lifted off of them, and transitioned to the small "rollers" you won't have much driving force, if any to push the car forward.

Just thinking out loud.

i guess you'd have to just anticipate the cliff and get some momentum before going over it. going over it at an angle would help also. i'm just tired of my exhaust getting beat up and having leaks!

unless there is some kind of foam-like material i could wrap my exhaust with so it wouldn't get banged so hard.

I would say either your car is too low or your exhaust is too low or both.

Well if everyone was running True Duals, roller on the x-pipe!... sounds like an OK idea but it'll drop the clearance even more of the car and just give it something else to scrape.

..and break

this also creates a 'lower' spot then what you had before if its touching before your exhaust is..
