Default good inexpensive lowering springs??

Hey guys whats a good inexpensive lowering spring? What did you pay for them? I'll avoid the $69 specials on ebay but dont want to drop $260-$300 on just the coil springs. I just want to lower the car about an inch and help improve the handling. This would be for a daily driver so nothing too harsh. I also plan to replace shocks, lower control arms, panhard bar, and sum subframe connectors. Thanks.

look in the for sale section on here. there's always good prices on parts for our cars. you can't go wrong. i'd say go with some Eibach springs. very good choice. my friend has them on his car.

I had Eibachs on my 97 T/A and I really liked them. It actually felt more comfortable than the worn out stock springs. I'd try to pick up a used set here or on e-bay...

Ya Ive been looking at Eibachs. The only worry I have is I know of a few horror stories with Eibachs on Mustangs.

You might get more answers in the handling section. But I have Eibach prokit and is nice. But I put Bilsteins on also. I would reconmend doing shocks the same time.

Id consider Hotchkis if I were you, they dont sag in the rear over time like Eibach's are known to do. Hotchkis advertise a 1" drop.

i got an Eibach prokit from someone here and it is great. i also put a set of competion enginering drag shocks from speed inc.a set of monroe shocks up front.it's lower and it looks great, it also handles ALOT better. next step for me will be a strut brace, then a set of decent sway bars. and some good poly bushings along with that. the car drives better now than it did when i got it with 20,000 miles and it looks amazing.

Good, I'll probly go with Eibach or Hotchkis since Ive used both on other vehicles. Probly whatever I get a better deal on. Another Q... Anyone know anything about the Summit Racing springs? Who makes them, and what's the spring rate?
