and what is the stock 19mm? What is the weight difference?

I don't think anyone makes a 19mm hollow rear bar, that would not be much bar.

so the stock and 1le are both solid? seems right though since if the rear is solid the 1le should be as well. I had heard the rears were hollow though.

For these cars, all GM rears are solid, all GM fronts are hollow regardless of the size of "name" they have. A 19mm rear is the very same rear bar as a standard Z28 bar.
