Default Loss of brake pedal pressure???

Brakes have been working fine and then this morning I get in to take off and I hardly have any brakes. The pedal is real soft and have to put it almost to the floor do get the car to stop. Needless to say it was an interesting trip to work. I got out and checked the brake fluid and it was fine, sat in the parking lot and pumped the brakes to look for leaks and didn't see anything noticeable. Any ideas where I should look next?

Sounds like the Master cylinder is taking a dump.
