do you have a adjustable PHB? i think the reason our cars lean is b/c the factory stamped peice doesnt center the rear and it causes our cars to lean. if you get a adjustable PHB and center the rearend i think your car will straighten out.

I don't. That'd center the tires left/right, but that shouldn't make much difference in this case.

Are the rear springs both facing the same direction? Are the spring isolators in?

I know a lot of these cars do this from the factory, I believe mine did it a bit too. I'll see how much different it is now that I've got Strano springs on as soon as I get the wheels bolted back down and the car on the ground.

ya it would center the wheels left/right, meaning it centers the rearend, meaning it would center the suspension. right? this is what im thinking. almost all cars that do this lean to the passenger rear. i bet if the owners look from the top of the driver side fender down to the ground and compare it to the passenger side the driver side wheel sits out farther. so if the driver side has more "support" (lack of a better word) under it then its going to sit higher, causing the passenger side to sag (lean). thats what i think at least. I talked about this with Sam Strano about 4 months ago and he believes a adjustable PHB would help this situation as well.

did you adjust the PHB to center the rear or did you just measure out the stock peice and replace it with the adjustable one?

We balanced it. We also pushed is to where the side that sat correctly; for the tire to come out a lot on that side at the other side still leaned

I put one of those spring spacers (aluminum thing with a 3/8" rachet hole in it) on the right spring. My car was only 1/2" lower on the right side. I have had the spacer in there for a while and I don't see it causing any problem. I picked it up at a local parts store.

Just a thought you could try.

I think the reason they lean on the passenger side is because when there is a driver in it, it levels out.

I bought them at Murrays. I only used 1, but they come in a package of 2 or 4. They are cheap.

Here is a page that shows some "coil spring boosters". http://www.midwayautosupply.com/c-43...-boosters.aspx 18902 looks similar to the ones I have.

Solved my issue, my car sits level now. And yes the theory is that it will level out with the driver in it. But if you have stiff lowering springs, it isn't really going to level much.

The suspension being centered won't raise/drop one side more than the other because both sides would be out of whack the same amount.

I would like to report that I got the brakes done and wheels bolted up tonight and took it for a small brake break-in drive and the car sits VERY close to level now, if not perfect, within a 1/4" it seems.

No, not at all. At the time I was around 240lbs and when I got in the car was still leaning. It didn't start doing it until after my brother jacked it up and put wheels/tires on it. Someone told me my PHB might've been bent, but I ended up selling the car, so I didn't care.
