If you're not going to lower the car at all, I think I'd recommend the HD's over the Konis. HD's will save you $300-400 depending on which Koni option you'd be looking at, and the HD's are designed for stock height. I really don't think the Konis are. I imagine that's why they have the lower perch option, to try to get the stock springs in the working range of the Konis. I was not incredibly happy with how my car rode with the Konis and stock springs. Quality and handling are both way up now that I've matched some springs to the shocks (I know usually you match shocks to springs...but these shocks just didn't seem to like stock springs).
