hey i tried the search and after going through about 19 pages i finally gave up and decided to start a new thread lol... anyway... im thinking about changing my rotors for appearance as well as performance... nothing crazy... maybe a decent upgrade from stock.. i was thinking about these..

but my question is... would i have to change anything else... or just swap the rotors??..

No need to change anything else. I got mine from the WS6store.com. Same thing but less $.

You don't have to change the pads if you don't want but I usually do both. You don't need anything else, just the rotor (as far as parts go except for some brake cleaner)

If your looking for performance then brake pads are important. If you plan on doing some hard stopping you may want to steer away from cross drilled and slotted rotors as they are prone to cracking and give NO performance benefit.
