LCA Bushing bench vise method?

LCA Bushing bench vise method? I saw a link posted somewhere on how to change rear lower control arm bushings with a bench vise and a socket. I'd like to see it again before I do the job this weekend.

Dunno but you need one socket that's bigger ID than the
big side, and one very slightly smaller OD than the small
side. I used 2" PVC pipe unions in a hydraulic press myself
and one of my larger sockets but I don't remember which
size. The PVC got mashed but so what?
