Removing rear brakes bearings
I am looking for any website or information regarding a rear brake removal. I am taking off the brakes to have the bearings pressed on to my 9 in.
I already tried a search but couldn't find anything useful. I tried a couple of websites that I know of and cannot come up with anything.
Does anyone have a good write-up about this??? How difficult is this going to be? What sort of tools will I need for this and about how long am I looking???
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Ok, I will rephrase my question.
How do I remove the brakes to be pressed on the new rear end?
Is there a write up about this somewhere that I can research?
Perhaps this makes it more clear to those in the know.
Thanks!

So you're just trying to swap a bad bearing off your 9in axle?
It's pretty easy. Just pull off:
wheel
caliper bracket bolts (2)
rotor will slide off
then 4 bolts around the axle that hold it to the housing, they hold the backing plate on too that has the ebrake shoes.
then the axle will pull out...might have to hit with a rubber hammer to pop it out.
You can then take it anywhere with a press to have them change it.
As best as i can think...that's all it requires
