Default Pro-Kit springs and Ground Control coilovers?

If I'm using prokit springs with stock replacement shocks will I benefit anything from the ground control coilover kit? will that make my ride any smoother other than just being able to adjust ride height?

It depends on the shock you choose, and the spring rates you pick. You are going to a one rate spring compared to a variable rate like the pro kit spring. But change is really going to be the shocks, Your biggest problem is the shocks you have I have done some research and the best shock for lowering springs seem's to be Koni's.

But to answer your question, you most likely won't see a big improvement in just changing springs.
