Default Koni install HELP..the rear is in the AIR!!

I am in the process of installing my new SA koni shocks.

All the stock crap is out!
The eibachs are in and when I went to put the koni shock in the rear I noticed that in the bag are 4 bushings and 4 metal caps to hold them.

So my question is do I use 1 bushing or 2. And do I use both metal caps or just one on the top like the stock one. If so can anyone tell me the difference? I would really appreciate it!!!!
