Springs?
Hi,
As of right now I drive a 94 firebird v6. Its a matter of couple of months before it becomes an LS1. However I would to keep the horses under control. So suspection and brakes it a first thing on my list.
I have read a little about QA1 adjustable shocks, especailly for the rear. Now I come to the point of choosing the springs. I see a lot of progressive springs, nothing linear. Which are better? Another question is double adjustable vs single on the shocks.
If you could point me to some stuff I'd appreciate it.
I am more interested in handling then a straight line. The car is a daily driver so nothing rock hard plz.
Thanks.

Do a search and read the stickies:

FYI, QA1s are more for drag racing, if you want shocks for handling look into strano revalves or Konis, both can be bought at stranoparts.com, a sponsor>>>>
As far as springs, linear are "better" because your shocks cannot damper two different spring rates.
Give Sam Strano a call ar stranoparts.com for more info.
