broken rod end have a (pro fab) k member and lower control arms...anyone know what size rod ends/ball joint they require?

Don't most of that stuff have a lifetime warranty> Most if there ay good use the QA1 rod ends. I'm sure your vendor, or UMI or SJM could get you some.
