Just remember that list doesn't include all the springs, or tell you which are truly progressive vs. a "dual rate" spring.

How credible is that list anyway? I always refer people to that list, but I always wondered where the specs come from.

From what I could gather from the companies I deal with before they all clammed up (probably because at times we'd use their information to chose NOT to use their product), it's been pretty accurate.

Sam yours are 500 / 180 correct? Im debating weather to get your springs or the Ground control springs. I had your springs in their packaging, but i returned them to you and ordered a set of swaybars instead because I was worried about my 315s rubbing. now I regret it and wish I had lowered it because i already have Konis on the car. From the pictures of your springs, It seems like I would have clearance for the 315s in the rear so Im reconsidering. The ground control kit is adjustable though so I could raise and lower the car to my exact needs. Im worried their spring rates arn't as desirable as yours are though.

My springs are 550/150.... not sure where 500/180 came from.

Ground Controls are a pain in the ***. Dealing with them is nightmare #1. Getting the spring rates you want is issue #2. Putting them on Koni's is a fun time (ok, it's not), so that's issue #3 because they just don't slip on. The rear springs come loose when the axle droops which is issue 4. Now, there are times we need to run them on race car and places where spring rate changes and such matter. For the street or non-race cars that's generally not the case. And my springs came from what I run, both in terms of rate and height on my own car.

I dunno where I got the rates from lol. I was close. anyway If you run these heights and rates with 315s all around (very similar to my setup), then I think i should be ok. Hell I know first hand the quality of your products and service and I cant wait to throw more money at you for parts... Just don't want to tear up my tires.

Well, 550/150 vs. 500/180 is only off by 10% and 17% respectively. Wonder what would happen if your timing was off that much.
