Hi.
I'm upgrading my front brakes to C5 brake using LG motorsports brackets. I'm doing stainless lines but which do I order: 97-04 C5 brake lines or 98-02 camaro lines. I've just heard that the C5 lines are longer which would be better since the caliper will be farther out and in test fitting, the stock f-bod lines look like they're a little stretched at full turning lock. Thanks for the help!

I have heard of people using the stock lines. I would ask your vendor most of the time they have hands on with these type questions.

The company I bought my brackets from, had the fitting and hard line kit for the front that they sold with the brackets. C5 lines and everything else you need to do the swap. I'll stick with a little longer lines rather than stretch my stock ones at all.

I used the UMI brackets and the stock lines are just fine. However, I'm going to put stainless lines on later and will go with the slightly longer C5 ones. Should have done it at the same time. Recommend the C5 lines for you and do it all at once.

the LG kit must use C5 lines
strano sells a complete kit for the front and rear by techna-fit.
