how do i preload my suspension

Default how do i preload my suspension

i want the back down and the front up a little what do i do. here is a list of my suspension that is done to the car.
UMI adjustable torque arm
UMI adj panhard bar
Umi adj lower control arms
BMR sub frames
UMI weld in lower control arms
qa1's o adj on the front
275 lbs springs qa1
moser 12 bolt
tokico gas shocks for the back
stock shocks for the back
removed sway bar in the front
bmr sway bar in the back

Thats about it and the car sets mean and it transfer real good i just want the rear of the car down alittle and the front set low. I have the qa1's at 57 on each side and for street purposes i have it set at 6 clicks. can someone help me or is it suspose to set like that and the pinion angle is set at -2

Well you should be able to control the ride height in the front with your QA1 shocks, just turn the spanner nut up. The back you will have to change springs or take out the spring isolators. But changing these items will affect how your car is scaled, weight front to back. It will also change the way the car hooks. You should really have the car put on a set of 4 wheel scales to properly setup the suspension.
