ride quality, compared to a different car
I know the title sounds confusing, but I was wondering if any of yall could compare the ride quality to a different make of cars. I have a shitty suspension set-up. I have ST springs and some cheap shocks/struts from advanced auto parts, i hate it. My car rides terrible now and the road noise is outragious.
So i was wondering if there is anyway yall could put into words how your konis and strano springs ride. My car feels as if the suspension has about 1 inch of travel. I have only had that set up for about 4 months, and am thinking about getting some konis and strano's. but dont wanna spend the money if the ride isnt going to be smoother/quiter. thanks

I have Konis on stock springs, and it rides very similar to my dad's 03 CTS, or a 3 series BMW. Id imagine that with the strano springs it would only be a bit more harsh.

Well not much compares to my Acura TSX for ride quality
I felt a hell of a lot better getting into my Camaro with Strano/Koni setup after being in my gf's 2004 Hyundai Elantra for 3 days on vacation. Those other family cars can have an awkward sitting position at times and I hate how I can't rest my right foot on the gas pedal in other cars without flooring it.
I don't normally wish to drive my Camaro every day to work, but I think the noise factor makes it more uncomfortable. If I had new quality stock seats, I think the car would feel fine for normal daily driving.

awesome, thanks...if my car could feel similar to CTS or 3-series BMW, as stated above, then the konis and strano springs will be my next purchase for sure.
i would compare my ride to a shitty honda civic slammed, sittin' on 22's. IT SUCKS!!!

I see these type of questions in all type of forums and most of the time you do get what you pay for and 35 dollar monroes will not compete with KONIS tuned in. Just no way. Sure they cost 4 times at much, but guess what there 4 times a better product!

Again that's only my opinion. A strano/koni 4th gen might feel like a Lincoln Towncar stretch limo to someone else
