Default wheel hop

Any ideals about cause of wheel hop? only thing that has changed is that i installed a 9 inch with a 3:50 gear from the 10 bolt with 3:42 gear. with street tires on new road surface it will smoke tires no hop. on the track with BF g-force T/A's wheel hops bad. went from 12.47 to a best with 9 inch wheel hoping @ 12.68.

Do you have factory LCAs?

I have hotchkis lower control arms, qa1s on rear at #3, stock front and adjustable torque arm..no hop.

factory LCA's have not changed after droping the wad on rear end.

Rod ended LCAs and relocation brackets will solve wheel hop.
