Default possible problem with aftermarket TQ arms and 1350 driveshaft??

ok so im planning my drivetrain set up and i already have full suspension done and what ive noticed is the the clearance between my stock aluminum driveshaft and the rear end mount of my UMI TQ arm come extremely close. as matter of fact i had to reverse the nut and bolts from the actual TQarm because the yoke on my stock driveshaft would hit/knock on the nuts that were on the rear of the tq arm. i currently have my stock 10 bolt and will be upgrading to a moser 9" and am curious as to the clearance problems i may have using a aftermarket tq arm like UMI or Spohn and a 1350 driveshaft
