Whats the purpose of filling the frame with foam? I've never seen that before.
Other than poly/new rubber bushing in the control arms, various mounts i think you pretty much got it covered.
Mkake sure you get end links with the sway bars. Some don't come with them.

im leaning towards the Hotchkis sway bar. the goal for the car is right now low 12's all motor it has seen a 12.4 with a 1.8 60 foot but i spun bad til 2nd on street tires. on the street i dont get traction til the end of third. the foam filled frame i learned about when i owned 2 nissan 240sx's the idea is it stiffen the frame (ideal for drifting, hard cornering, touge racing ect.) the goal for my car is to have a straightline care that can also be great for spirited street driving

anyone around here seems to praise Strano sway bars for their great performance and weight savings... i did a lot of research reading a of articles and was orginally going to go with Hotchkis myself. after a lot of reading i just purcahsed my Strano bars and i am awaiting. Looks like a really good set and it is a very reputable company.....Good Luck.

Is it the Moser or Strange 12 bolt that has the thread in torque arm mounting bracket holes?
I hear they come loose all the time and a lot of companies won't warranty their torque arms with that rear end.

actually, it does help. there was a ford truck commercial a while back, that stated they put foam in their body to add stiffness and ridgity(sp). and come to find, i have used it to make b-pillars stop creaking on some cars at work....lol. i used great stuff. there is different grades of great stuff. get the PRO stuff, its awesome
