Default Strano springs are on!

Finally bit the bullet and got the springs (I was undecided whether or not I wanted my car lowered), and all I have to say is holy ****... Took it on the back roads just for some slow cruising, making sure nothing is rubbing, squeaking or clunking from the install, and I just happened to look down at the speedo to notice I was going around 20mph faster than I do normally(w/ the Konis and swaybars), and didn't notice a difference.... And my biggest surprise was the ride quality, you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference with the springs (I had just Konis and sam's bars before), its only slightly more rough, but still not jarring or rattling anything. Ill give a better review on the handling once I get a chance to really rip on it later.
Hopefully better pics later, also imageshack is not working right now...

Looks familiar
You're going to love the handling of it now, and get ready for compliments on how it looks

Can you post measurements?

For example:
* Fender to Ground
* Fender to Tire
* Inside Wheel Well to Tire

I don't think you're going to get an accurate measurement from inside the wheel well to the tire (because the wheel well has no good place to measure from). And I bet you anything, the ground to fender height will be around 26/26.5-.75" front/rear respectively.

I listed the wheel well height, because someone once asked me and I posted it. I figured that its just another measurement for comparison. I measured from TDC in the wheel well.

Looks great.

Is it me or does the rear look higher than most other Strano/Koni combo's? Maybe it's the angle.

...glad you like the Strano springs.

Why were you concerned about lowering your car with after-market springs?

Was this a result of LT header issues? If yes, how were these resolved?

Look at the "before" picture (the large one in his sig) and note how high the rear was relative to the front with the stock springs.

Here are before pics, I purposely took the after pics in the same place for a good comparison.

My concern was more about scraping anything (lots of construction everywhere in my area) and ride quality (I didn't want to have a car that clunks and rattles on every bump). I just got sick of the 4X4 look though. All my mods on in my sig, but I do plan in the future to get some kind of mid-length or LT headers. My friend has a set of passetter (sp?) on his car and the ground clearance seems really really good, I might go with those.

Might be the angle, or it could be that Im on the stock wheels (not too often do I see stock wheels on a lowered car). Also my rear tires are a bit worn. EDIT: My gas tank was on E when I took the pics too.

If you're concerned about ground clearance with LTs (Pacesetters) don't be, mine clear fine, as does the rest of the exhaust
You're going to have to be a little more aware of where you're driving until you can find out how big of a dip, bump, etc you can clear
FWIW so far I haven't scraped on anything that I've gone thru (yet)
